Seinfeld fan fave Michael Richards is now 74 years old, and currently promoting his new memoir, “Entrances And Exits.”
Richards’ memoir is set to hit book store shelves on June 4 2024, and readers will get an emotional and inside look at his shocking cancer diagnosis.
Unbeknownst to the general public, the Kramer portrayer was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2018 when he went to a routine checkup with his doctor.
Since his diagnosis and cancer treatment, Richards has a new lease on life and is ready to share his journey. In “Entrances And Exits” the Seinfeld actor reveals that he was given less than a year to live, and the grim prognosis rocked him to his core.
At the time, Richards had a 9 year old son and was scared he wasn’t going to get to see him grow up.
Michael Rogers Looks Back
Michael Richards recently sat down with People Magazine to promote his new memoir. While chatting with People the Seinfeld actor explained, “I had over 40 journals I’d kept over the years and wanted to do a full review of my life. I’m turning 75, so maybe wanting to do that is something that comes with being my age. I wanted to connect with feelings and memory. I’m surprised at how much I was able to remember.”
“Entrances And Exits” isn’t just about Richards’ health scare, the actor also talks about the racism allegations that have plagued him, his early career, and of course his days as the iconic Kramer.
