Sofia Vergara Screamed At Kelly Clarkson To SHUT UP After She Made Shady Comments

The star of “Griselda” Sofía Vergara, appeared on the Wednesday episode of “The Kelly Clarkson Show” to promote her new film “Griselda.”

While discussing the movie in which Sofía played the role of a chain-smoking, Columbian drug lord, host Kelly Clarkson, pointed out that in the trailer of the movie, Sofía looked completely unrecognizable.

There was a huge change in Sofia’s appearance, especially her nose which was made bigger. In the interview, Kelly suggested that there might have been less work done on Sofía’s face to achieve that look. “I feel like they only changed your nose or something,” said Kelly.

But Sofía took the remark as an insult and snapped, “What?” But Kelly went on to say, “I don’t know what they did,” prompting the “Wild Card” actress to ask, “Are you crazy?” The “Stronger” singer, 41, continued, “Whatever they did, it looks slight.”

At that point, Sofía lost her cool, and began shouting, “No, Kelly, it was hours!” The “Broken and Beautiful” singer tried to explain what she meant, “It probably took time. The slight change completely changed your being.” Kelly’s statement made Sofía to scream, “Don’t be jealous! Shut up! It was a wig! It was a lot! They did a lot to me. It was teeth. It was teeth. It was nose. It was plastic from here to here.”

Earlier this week, the “Hot Pursuit” star told the world the real reason why she had to quit her marriage with the “Magic Mike” actor Joe Manganiello. The former couple’s marriage lasted seven and a half years before they filed for divorce in July 2023.

The news of their breakup made headlines but the reason behind it was unknown. Speaking with a Spanish newspaper, “El País,” Sofía revealed that it all boils down to age and childbirth. She shared that she was against having a child for Joe because of her age and that brought about the end of their marriage.

Sofía is 51, while Joe is 47, the age difference is just 4 years, however, the “America’s Got Talent” judge explained that she doesn’t want to be a mom at an old age. According to Sofía, “My marriage broke up because my husband was younger; he wanted to have kids and I didn’t want to be an old mom. I feel it’s not fair to the baby. I respect whoever does it, but that’s not for me anymore.”

The star of “Modern Family,” already had a son Manolo Gonzalez, 32, from her previous marriage with ex-husband Joe Gonzalez. The actress shared that while she had her son at the age of 19, he is well grown up, and instead of being a mom to a younger child, she’d rather be a grandmother to her son’s kid(s).

“I had a son at 19, who is now 32, and I’m ready to be a grandmother, not a mother,” she continued. “So, if love comes along, he has to come with [his own] children. I’m almost in menopause; it’s the natural way of things. When my son becomes a dad, let him bring the baby to me for a while and then I’ll give it back to him and go on with my life; that’s what I have to do.”
