No parent is perfect and if there is anyone who knows that all too well, it’s Sophie Turner. The Games of Thrones alum recently took to her Instagram account to beg her fans not to repost a video that she accidentally shared of her daughter.

As many of her fans know, Sophie shares her two-year-old daughter Willa with her husband, Joe Jonas. Here’s what you need to know.

Sophie Turner – Begs Fans Not To Repost Video Of Her Daughter Willa

Sophie says that when she posted a few behind-the-scenes clips of her life on her Instagram account lately, she didn’t realize that one of them featured Willa.

The actress has been fiercely protective of her daughter’s privacy and has in the past vowed to never show images of her daughter to the public. That’s why she asked her Instagram followers not to repost the clip of Willa after she had taken it down.

Sophie wrote, “Earlier today I made an honest mistake accidentally posting a video of our daughter on Instagram stories. We have always advocated for our kids’ rights to privacy so sharing this publicly is something that is against anything I stand for. Our children deserve the right to grow up out of the public eye, to learn and grow in private. If I ever were to post anything of our kids, know that it is unquestionably a mistake.”

She then added, “I would greatly appreciate if anyone who has reposted on any of other platform please delete the video.”

Sophie Turner – Wants To Protect Her Child’s Privacy Online

Back in 2022, Sophie explained her reasoning for not wanting to share her child’s photos or any child’s photos without their consent.

“It’s not something I want her to deal with unless she says, ‘This is what I want to do’. We’re quite strict about that,” she commented. “We’ll encourage her to do whatever she wants but I don’t think we would professionally let her do anything until she’s 18. I also feel quite strongly about my daughter not becoming a nepotism child.”
