Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss’ Widow Allison Holker Asks Court For Half His Estate: Here’s Why!

Allison Holker Boss continues to deal with the loss of her beloved husband, Stephen tWitch Boss. And like those fans who adored Stephen’s upbeat attitude and dance skills on The Ellen Show, Allison reportedly struggles with the fact that tWitch died by suicide on December 13. However, now Stephen’s widow must deal with the fact that he died without a will.

Find out how about the request that Allison made to a California court. And learn what Stephen’s lack of a will means for his widow. Get all the details below.

Allison Holker – Struggles With Husband Stephen tWitch Boss’ Death

Because Stephen tWitch Boss died without a will, his widow Allison Holker made the decision to start the legal process to manage the expenses after his death. As a result, she asked a court in California to grant her half of her late husband’s estate. Page Six obtained court documents showing the process.

Allison filed a California Spousal Property Petition in the Superior Court of California on February 6. And Boss’ widow made a formal request to transfer all of Stephen’s assets to her own name. However, because of the lack of a will, Allison made another request to the court.

Per standard procedure, Allison requested that the court confirm “property belonging to the surviving spouse.” And she also asked for “determination of property passing to the surviving spouse.” Allison and Stephen co-parented kids Weslie, 14, Maddox, 6, and Zaia, 3, prior to his death.

Stephen ‘tWitch’ – Boss Lacked A Net Worth When He Married Allison

However, the court documents also revealed a shocker. And Allison revealed that Stephen lacked a net worth when they tied the knot in 2013. But although initially Boss “owned only personal effects of little value,” his financial situation changed when Ellen DeGeneres hired him for a permanent position.

But although Stephen’s widow listed the property that she seeks, she did not ask to administer her late husband’s estate. “This includes any interest in a trade or business name of any unincorporated business or an interest in any unincorporated business that the deceased partner was operating or managing at the time of death,” note the documents.

And Allison also revealed her late husband did not create any “written agreements between” them before his suicide. However, she made a request for Stephen’s half of Stephen Boss Productions and his Goldman Sachs investment account. In addition, Boss’ widow asked for royalties from Cast and Crew Production Services; Disney Worldwide Services, Inc.; GEP Talent

Services, LLC; and SAG/AFTRA. Her requests follow the discovery of Stephen’s deceased body in a Los Angeles motel room near his home in California. At age 40, the late dancer killed himself with a gunshot wound.
