The Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond Declined Sedation For Tooth Pulling For This Weird Reason

The Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond might have given birth to only one of her children, but recently, she felt a pain tantamount to that of childbirth again, and it was her choice.

Ree Drummond Shares the Huge Amount of Pain She Endured For Dental Procedure: “Made Me Feel Alive”

Drummond used this New Year to share a very painful recent experience. “I am 54 years old, and I got one of my wisdom teeth pulled 2 days ago,” she wrote on her Instagram Story alongside a snap that appears to be from an outing. “I even asked the oral surgeon if I could take my wisdom tooth home. He said yes. I declined,” she added in the next shot.

Drummond then pointed out a swollen gland near her neck by placing an arrow next to it. “I also declined sedation,” Drummond shared in a third post. “It made me feel alive. It reminded me of my one natural childbirth (Bryce). I felt elated afterward! Ok bye.” Concluding the memory, she wrote, “I miss my toofie,” with a tooth emoji.

Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond On Taking Control of Her Health and Lifestyle

Rae Drummond has been conscious of her health and lifestyle choices since dropping 55 pounds in February 2022. She has also shared her journey with her fans.

As for the habits she plans to incorporate in her lifestyle, she names them as portion control, scaling back on alcohol, lifting weights, and being more active in general.

In October, she revealed her takeaway after maintaining her 55-Ib weight loss for nearly three years. “The biggest takeaway, which I don’t always adhere to, is trying not to waste calories,” Drummond said. “I could eat a plate of delicious food with different elements and colors and flavor, or I could eat a donut.”

She also revealed that cutting back on food isn’t a part of her weight loss regimen. “I think what I’ve done over the past two years is knowing that I don’t want to push things away or say no to foods. I upped my movement a bit.

I take a couple extra walks with the dogs each week. I make sure to get on the rowing machine at least once a day, especially through November and December,” she said.
