“Beep Beep” will be a follow-up to 2017’s “My Decade,” which gave birth to singles “Because It’s Spring” and “Summer Storm.”

“Self-produced with inspirational and feel-good vibes, Jessica Jung creates diverse sounds as she matures and evolves throughout her illustrious career,” the project’s description states. “In her fourth mini-album, catchy/upbeat melodies and lyrics resonate throughout the songs while applauding and encouraging the resilient self.”

It will reportedly be distributed by Warner Music as well as Coridel Entertainment, under which Jessica Jung has been signed since 2016.

To date, Jung has released three mini-albums under Coridel Entertainment, and even though she and her management are yet to confirm the coming of this project, the singer has been planning to release music for as far back as 2021.

“Well [things] were on hold for me. I was working on music and wanted to release an album, but it was on hold for a while now,” Jung said during an interview with CNBC. “But I’m dropping several singles throughout the year [and] that’s going to lead up to an album. So, yeah, I’ve been constantly working on music behind the scenes.”

These days, the former “New Generation” member is focusing more on business following the launch of her luxury fashion brand Blanc & Eclare.

This made her decide to move back to South Korea, after many years of traveling. “I used to constantly be traveling, and I was back in Korea to just pack my things and leave again. But now I’m here full-time,” she said.

Apart from music and running her business, she also takes part in a reality TV show documenting her life and that of her sister and former k-pop star Krystal Jung on “Jessica and Krystal.”
