Tom Cruise Happier and More Relaxed in Britain With New Friends

Tom Cruise is a hugely successful American actor, whose latest movie “Top Gun: Maverick” raked in an astounding $1 billion in worldwide box office, but if you didn’t know any better, you’d think he was British – just without the accent.

In case you’re wondering why he seems so British these days, you should know that he considers himself an “honorary Brit”.

“He’s fallen in love with everything about the UK,” the source who worked with Cruise told the MoS.

The close source added: “His daughter lives here, he enjoys a good cuppa and he loves the fact he can be himself. The biggest thing is he’s developed a proper circle of friends. He’s the happiest I’ve ever seen him.”

According to the MoS source, the A-list actor is a “huge fan” of the Cambridges. The source also added that Cruise’s friendship with the royal couple “is warm and professional”, and it prompted Wills and Kate to petition to have Cruise as a part of the opening night of the extravagant Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June.
