Michelle Obama also feels embarrassed that her husband Barack Obama once had a close association with Sean ‘Diddy Combs’ for Democratic causes. Because of all the allegations made against Diddy, Michelle feels ashamed that her husband’s handlers even allowed the rapper near them.

Back in 2025, Megyn Kelly broke down the rumors that Barack & Michelle Obama are separating, says it would be a “political earthquake” if true.

“I do not know whether this is true, but if it is, it truly would be a political earthquake in democrat circles, never mind America.”

She also added, “I don’t remember a presidential divorce in modern history.”

This all comes after the former president was spotted with a mystery woman at a Washington, D.C. hotspot right before Donald Trump’s inauguration day.

The 23-year-old youngest daughter of Michelle and Barack Obama appeared tense and preoccupied as she strolled through Los Angeles clutching a handful of books.

Among them was the 2021 novel Bewilderment by Richard Power, which tells the emotion-charged story of a widowed astrobiologist struggling to raise his neurodivergent son.

With its themes of loss, parental angst and resilience, the book is a heavy read – but perhaps apt for someone navigating a heartbreaking rift in her own family.

So far the Obamas have not made any comments about the matter, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said.
