Uplifting New Video Shows Bruce Willis Speaking And Singing

This is coming after the “Die Hard” actor’s wife, Emma Hemming, took to the internet to call out the misinformation surrounding her husband’s condition.

Bruce Willis’ 69th birthday was filled with love as he was surrounded by family, from his wife Emma to their two young kids, and his three grown-up daughters from his previous marriage to actress Demi Moore.

Despite the actor’s painful diagnosis, his family continues to be there for him and to enjoy his presence, as he obviously rejoices in theirs.

As a way to celebrate Bruce turning 69, his eldest daughter Rumer, 35, shared clips providing a rare insight into her father’s personality.

In the video, (SEE BELOW) we see Bruce doing a countdown and then confidently leading the whole family to dance. The video ended with the family shaking with laughter.

In another video shared on Rumer’s Instagram Story, we see the actor, who is most widely known for his tough guy personality, wearing a filter that makes his mouth and eyes bigger than the rest of his face.

“I’d like to have the sugar waffles, and raisins,” he called in a high-pitched voice, before jokingly adding, “I have 700 teeth in my mouth.” Rumer’s laughter could be heard in the background.

It’s been nice to see Bruce, who was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia ten months after he retired from acting due to aphasia, giving and receiving love. This goes to prove that what Emma said was right when she refuted claims that the actor was now enduring a “joyless” existence. Sources even claim that he can now barely speak, with Glenn Gordon Caron – creator of “Moonlighting” – telling PageSix that Bruce was “not totally verbal.”

Whatever his condition is, the fact is that he continues to be surrounded by love and light, and as his ex-wife Demi wisely said, it’s important to “meet them where they’re at.”

She said: “When you let go of who they’ve been or who you think they [were] or who even you would like them to be, you can then really stay in the present and take in the joy and the love that is present and there for all that they are, not all that they’re not.”
