Victoria Justice Addresses Ariana Grande Feud Rumors, Again!

I know that fans are hard hit by the end of their favorite Nickelodeon show, but creating smoke where there is no fire is not the way to go. At around the time that the cancellation of “Victorious” was announced, the Victoria Justice/Ariana Grande feud ignited – helped on by a hint dropped by none other than Ariana Grande.

However, whatever misunderstanding or bad blood happened between the stars then, they’re clearly over it and we should be too.

Victoria Justice Puts An End To Feud Rumors: It “Isn’t Relevant Anymore”

The internet truly does not forget, and the “we all sing” meme may just be one of the longest surviving dramas the internet has seen within the last decade.

I doubt you haven’t seen the “I think we all sing” meme, but in case you haven’t, or you don’t know its origins, it came about when a “Victorious” character revealed that Grande sings a lot onset, and Justice butted in to say that she believes everyone on the show sings a lot as well.

However, the feud officially started in 2013 when Grande took to last.fm to explain to a curious fan why the popular show was coming to an untimely end. “Sweetheart the only reason Victorious ended is because 1 girl didn’t want to do it,” she wrote (via Seventeen), adding “She chose to do a solo tour instead of a cast tour.”

Fans put two and two together and quickly concluded the “1 girl” she meant was Justice. How? She was the main character, hence, her actions have more pull on the show’s future, and two, she was the only character who embarked on a tour that same year.

In 2015, Justice would address the rumors surrounding her and former “Victorious” co-star, saying that fans were simply making a mountain out of a molehill and that she and Grande were chill. She further put to rest the theory that she was the reason the show ended by explaining that the decision was made by executives and that it was above her pay grade.

Another rumor that pitted the stars against themselves was the one where Grande said she was bullied on a set by a costar and fans naturally assumed she meant Justice. In the interview, Justice revealed that she texted Grande and found out that the “Dangerous Woman” singer meant a costar from her Broadway days.

Now, Justice is addressing the rumors for what, hopefully, will be the last time.

“When that ‘I Think We All Sing’ meme came out, I think that was so annoying,” she told E! News on April 18, she said as a way to put the rumors to rest. “Ariana texted me and we both were like, ‘This is so stupid.'” She then went on to say that the feud drama “isn’t relevant anymore.”
