Brad Pitt news alleges that Pitt’s mother Jane may have been holding out hope that he and his ex-wife Hollywood actress Jennifer Aniston would get back together following his split with Angelina Jolie. Pitt left Aniston for Jolie after they met and fell in love on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Today Pitt and Jolie are locked in a bitter custody battle over five of their six kids.

Gossip Cop recently reported that Brad’s mother Jane wanted the two to remarry after reports that Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston may be reconciling started circulating last year. He had a touching run-in with Aniston at the SAG Awards and the fans who never gave up on this golden couple held their collective breath.

Nonetheless nothing came of that meet up (that we know!) and Pitt was recently linked to model Nicole Nicole Poturalski.

An insider told ET at that time, that while the once married pair felt the support and love from the crowd, Jen felt that this was not the right move. The source added, that one of Jen’s, “close friends,” and fellow Friends star, Courteney Cox, “always thought they were soul mates and meant for each other.”

Brad Pitt Has Moved On

National Enquirer recently reported Pitt’s mom Jane also saw the encounter. A source spilled to the mag that Brad’s mother Jane, “was rooting for them to get married again. She loved Jen and hated Angie. They were all rooting for a reboot.”

The mag then went on to suggest that after the SAG Awards encounter they’ve not been in touch and are not reuniting.

Pitt met Aniston in 1998 and they were married in a private wedding in Malibu on July 29, 2000. In January 2005, Hollywood’s A-list couple announced their separation and two months later, Aniston filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.

After pics of the two together began circulating reports surfaced that she and her husband are in an open marriage.
