Celebrity Entertainment News – Conservatorship Ended, Near Death For Miley Cyrus
First off, Miley Cyrus had a hair raising experience on March 23, when the plane she was on was struck by lightning. She was on her way to Paraguay and shared her terror with fans on social media. We’re happy to say that the plane and its occupants landed safely.
What does Amanda Bynes have in common with Britney Spears? They are both done with their conservatorships. On March 22 Bynes was freed from a nine year conservatorship. She has reportedly been inundated with entertainment offers but there is no word yet from her camp on her next move.
Celebrity Entertainment News – Family Time
Congrats to rapper Soulja Boy who is going to be a boy dad with his girlfriend, Jackie. The pair shared the happy news online while posting their gender reveal party.
Elsewhere Jonathan Bennett and Jaymes Vaughan were married in a nuptials ceremony that took place in Mexico.
Meanwhile, Hayden Panettiere (ex Lizzie Spaulding, Guiding Light) was in the news for brawling with her boyfriend at the Sunset Marquis hotel. Brian Hickerson is currently on probation for domestic assault of the former soap star, and fists were flying between him and other guests, with Hayden trying to break it all up.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has been released from the hospital after contracting an undisclosed infection on March 18th. In other news his wife is making headlines for certain politically tinged tweets she’s made.
Mariah Carey has filed suit against her brother, Morgan Carey, for court costs in the defamation suit he filed against her last year. Mariah claims her allegations of him being violent are true, he says not true. The case is still pending.
Elsewhere Justin Bieber took back his 20 million dollar defamation lawsuit against two women who accused him of sexual assault in 2020. According to Page Six, Bieber says he is innocent and just wants to put this matter behind him.
Celebrity Entertainment News – Drama Large And Small
Oops, Geena Davis won’t be doing it again, she has pulled out of a small screen untitled legal drama pilot. Guess she didn’t like what she saw, she bailed after taping the pilot. Marcia Gay Harden is reportedly in talks to replace her and we see the resemblance.
More good news, Love is Blind has been upped for two new seasons. The Netflix hit is due to tape year-round to accommodate the order.
Harry Hamlin, hubby to Lisa Rinna (RHOBH, DOOL) will appear as Cortland Mayfair in AMC’s adaptation of Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches.

Celebrity Entertainment News – Sad News Of The Day
Beloved Foo Fighters drummer, Taylor Hawkins, died on March 25th at the age of 50. The band announced his death on their official Twitter account. His cause of death has not been revealed.
Madeline Albright was the first female U.S. Secretary of State and she died on March 23 at age 84.
Hank Williams Jr. has lost his wife Mary Jane Thomas. The singer’s wife died on Tuesday reportedly due to complications following a medical procedure.
