Wendy Williams Believes It’s Time P Diddy Paid For His Crimes

Wendy Williams – Calls P Diddy’s Alleged Sex Trafficking Crimes “Horrible”

Most of the big players in the entertainment industry may choose to stay quiet about P Diddy‘s alleged crimes – and I’m not saying it’s not their right or anything – but Wendy Williams has decided to be real one more time.

According to her former co-host Charlamagne Tha God, the talk show host has had a frosty relationship with P Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, for as far back as the 2000s when she was still hosting her entertainment and gossip talkshow. And now that he’s been arrested and denied bail, Williams is wishing he’ll be kept there for good.

Despite suffering from frontotemporal dementia and aphasia, the 60-year-old television personality talked to the Daily Mail about P Diddy’s arrest amid facing 120 sexual abuse claims, some of them with then-minors.

“What is really weird is that I have been told by so many people, ‘Wendy, you called it It’s about time,’” she told the publication. Weighing in on Diddy’s assault of then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, which was caught on a 2016 hotel surveillance video, she said, “To see this video on TV of [Cassie] getting pummeled … it was just horrific.”

She added: “But now you have to think, how many more times? How many people? How many more women? It’s just so horrible.”

How P Diddy Allegedly Got Wendy Williams Fired

Prior to having her own talk show host, Williams was a well-known radio host in New York City, covering hip-hop industry gossip at stations like Hot 97 and WBLS.

In 1998, her deal with Hot 97 was terminated, and according to Diddy’s former bodyguard Gene Deals, the musician and record producer was behind it. The reason? Williams seemed to have gained a salacious picture of Diddy that could expose him as gay.

“Puff told Hot 97 if they didn’t get rid of her before he got back in New York, that they [were] not going to get any music from any of his friends, any of the record label executives that [were] cool with him; everyone was going to boycott their station,” Deals shared in an interview with Art of Dialogue. “We [were] out in L.A. for about three days; before we landed back in New York, Wendy Williams was in [another] radio station in Philly. It was over for her. She was fired.”

“That’s why Wendy got fired from Hot 97. Wendy got fired from Hot 97 by Diddy ’cause that’s when Bad Boy was smoking hot. She got fired for putting that out there,” he added during the podcast appearance.
