What A Prenup Could Mean For Bianca Censori If She Divorces Kanye West

Last week, the New York Post and Daily Mail reported that Bianca Censori and Kanye West have split and are potentially heading towards a divorce. TMZ further reported that Censori and West have gone along so far as to begin shopping for divorce attorneys.

One thing is clear, before the divorce rumors could grow legs and take off, it was swiftly cut off when a source revealed that the couple are doing just fine. In fact, they were prepping for Valentine’s Day.

But if they divorced, could Censori walk out with a huge payday the same way she walks out in nude clothes?

Kanye West Has Lost Money and Asset Since He Married Bianca Censori

Let’s just say that Kanye West hit his peak when he was still married to reality TV star and SKIMS model, Kim Kardashian. He had a wonderful, not to add very lucrative, deal with Adidas through his Yeezy sneakers and his net worth screamed “look at me, I’m a billionaire.”

All that changed when he started expressing anti-Semitic views. He lost Adidas and most of his contacts ran away. But that’s not all the trainwrecks that his businesses have endured in recent times.

Recently, a former Yeezy employee sued him for threatening her and firing her when she confronted him about it.

He would allegedly send things like “I am a Nazi” and “Welcome to the first day of working for Hitler” in their group chat. The Swatiska shirt controversy was further a huge blow to his brand, contributing to his mounting pile of debts.

And get this, according to California laws, all assets and debts are split equally. What does this mean for Censori?

Well, it means that not only might she not be walking out with a pile of cash, but she could inherit some of Kanye’s debt if and when she chooses she can’t be in the marriage any longer.

There’s also reports that Censori and West had a verbal agreement on the payoff should forever turn into “I want to get out.” However, if it’s only verbal, it’s likely not to stand in any court of law.

At the moment, reports suggest that Censori and West are not together. West is reportedly going to Tokyo, Japan and leaving Censori at his $35 million mansion in Beverly Park North, Los Angeles.
