From his early days starring in such movies as 1998’s “Meet Joe Black”, 1999’s “Fight Club”, 2004’s “Troy”, to his more recent projects 2022’s “The Lost City” and “Bullet Train”, he has been a consistent face in Hollywood.
He has received many accolades during his time in the spotlight, including two Academy Awards, a British Academy Film Award, two Golden Globe Awards and a Primetime Emmy Award.
After achieving all these since his first introduction to the movie industry, could it be time for him to hang his hat and say goodbye to the glare and flare of Hollywood?
Brad Pitt – Admits He’s On His “Last Leg” When It Comes To His Acting Career
Brad Pitt, 58, recently sat down with GQ to chat about his acting career. If you’ve been noticing, Brad Pitt seems to be leaning into establishing new businesses, like his new skin care line for every gender, and of course, his burgeoning wine business.
“I consider myself on my last leg.” He told GQ, “This last semester or trimester. What is this section gonna be? And how do I wanna design that?”
His two recent movies have perhaps seen him flex his creative muscles, going from a long-haired bad-ass hunter in “The Lost City” to the fast-paced high-action world of “Bullet Train”. But what he’s really looking forward to is rounding out this chapter of his acting career with a project that’s memorable.
“Bullet Train”, which dropped on August 5, saw him get back on set with Sandra Bullock, one of the main characters in “The Lost City”, alongside other big names like Michael Shannon and Joey King.
“Bullet Train” was directed by David Leitch, who is best known for working on such projects as “Deadpool 2” and the “John Wick” franchise.
There are several projects still lined up for Brad Pitt, including a part in a Damien Chazelle’s “Babylon” and “Formula One”. So we know he’s not going anywhere anytime soon.
