Whoopi Goldberg Gets Feisty With Show Cameraman

What started as a normal discussion changed into a heated argument real quick in a space of zero seconds. Tempers were flying, fingers were pointing, would someone please get Whoopi a chill pill before she gets out of control?

Whoopi is well known in The View for flaring up during arguments but this time around, things got slightly messy. It was in the recent episode of the show which was filmed while the ladies were in Bahamas, an argument began about the Supreme Court’s decision to side with a high school football coach who sought to kneel and pray on the field after games.

If you ask me, I think Whoopi took the whole thing personally because merely looking at her you can see that she’s clearly not in support of the court ruling. During the argument, Whoopi asked if “everyone on the team down with (praying).” She then answered her own question with “they weren’t.”

While trying to conclude her points, she said that this is a case of “an adult putting his belief on these kids,” she ended sharply, and sternly threw to commercial. But not before making sure to call out one of her behind-the-scenes co-workers on camera. “We’ll be right back,” she shouted, before pointing a finger directly at the camera and saying sternly, “I know, I saw you.”

Last month, The View’s fans initiated an online petition to fire…guess who…yup, co-host Whoopi Goldberg. It all started around January the Whoopi claimed that the Holocaust which involved the murder of six million Jews and other victims was not “about race.” That insinuation alone landed her in suspension from the talk show, though many viewers haven’t forgiven the actress for her remark.

A petition circulated on Change.org, insisting that Whoopi be let go of her hosting duties for her “repulsive verbiage and actions.”

It was the show’s Silver Jubilee celebration, to celebrate its 25th anniversary, the hosts all had a getaway at Bahamas, and just because the hosts aren’t in their workplace doesn’t me they can’t still do their jobs, the show must go on and must it shall because they filmed the show on-location from their luxury Baha Mar Resort vacation.

However, the trip caused an uproar of reaction as fans were furious with the hosts ever since the revelation that they would be having a getaway in Bahamas. Back in May, the show announced they had an “epic announcement” at the end of one of its broadcasts.

This got fans wild with excitement as they were all curious to know it could be, whether it was a new permanent host or a massive giveaway for the show’s dedicated viewers.

Instead, it was to tell the audience that the hosts would be getting a luxury beach getaway. On social media, fans blasted The View for teasing them and for flaunting the hosts’ vacation in their faces. One upset Twitter user wrote: “For their big announcement, the View announced that they’re going to the Bahamas.
