Will Smith – Responds To Jada Pinkett’s Memoir
Jada Pinkett Smith has gone on a book-promoting tour recently. And in the process, she dropped several bombshells about her relationship with estranged hubby Will Smith.
However, Will made no comment until now. And then the actor praised Jada’s bombshell book, reported E News.
However, indicative of their estrangement, Will wrote a letter to Jay Shetty to relay his views. And Shetty then shared the message with Jada on his podcast.
“I applaud and honor you,” Will wrote. “If I had read this book 30 years ago, I definitely would have hugged you more. I’ll start now. Welcome to the author’s club. I love you endlessly. Now go get some Merlot and take a rest.”

In her memoir Worthy, Jada discusses her relationship with Tupac Shakur, that infamous Oscars slap, and her marriage to Will. Until now, Jada and Will hid the fact that they separated seven years ago.
But Will admitted that he viewed the bombshell memoir as a wake-up call. And he shared, “When you’ve been with someone for more than half of your life a sort of emotional blindness sets in. You can all too easily lose your sensitivity to their hidden nuances and subtle beauties.”

Jada recently moved out, purchasing her own house. However, despite staying separated since 2016, the couple does not plan to divorce. Will and Jada share two kids, Jaden Smith, 25, and Willow Smith, 22.
Jada Pinkett Promised To Avoid Divorce
And Jada revealed, “I made a promise that there will never be a reason for us to get a divorce. We will work through whatever, and I just haven’t been able to break that promise.” But she hesitated over the real reason for the separation. And the 52-year-old reflected, “That’s a lot of things.”
Jada and Will tied the knot in 1997. But she shared that by 2016, the two had become tired of their attempts to reconcile. And she explained, “I think by the time we got to 2016, we were just exhausted with trying. I think we were both stuck in our fantasy of what we thought the other person should be.”
And in 2020, rumors soared about Jada’s alleged affair with August Alsina. However, she confessed that the two got involved in an “entanglement” amid her separation from Will. And Jada shared, “It was a relationship. I was in a lot of pain and I was very broken. In the process of that relationship I definitely realized you can’t find happiness outside of yourself.”
