Jada Pinkett Smith recently stunned her fans with the revelation that she and husband Will Smith secretly separated years ago. And Jada didn’t stop there, continuing to drop bombshells related to her new memoir.

However, Will just left his wife shocked by dropping a marriage bombshell in public. And as described below, the actor also stole Jada’s spotlight.

Jada Pinkett-Smith recently revealed that she and husband Will split in 2016. And amid promoting her new memoir, Jada shared that the two have led separate lives for all the years since that split. But in the wake of that bombshell, Will just stunned his wife, reported Hello.

And the spotlight-stealing scenario took place as Jada promoted her book in Baltimore. But amid her appearance, she and her fans expressed shock when Will showed up.

And it marked the couple’s first public appearance together since the bombshell about their separation. However, a stunned Jada listened as Will took over the microphone.

And the actor explained his reason for appearing. “I just really wanted to come out and just be here,” Will said. And he told Jada that he wanted to “hold it down for you the way you have held it down for me.” But the actor also dropped a bombshell in describing his marriage to Jada as “brutal!”

And Smith stunned listeners with his shocking description of his relationship with Jada. For instance, Will described it as “very, very long and tumultuous. We call it ‘brutiful.’ It was brutal and beautiful at the same time.”

However, as those listening tried to understand the concept of a marriage feeling both brutal and beautiful, Jada’s and Will’s kids joined them. Jaden, 25, and Willow, 22, appeared with Will’s son Trey, 30, who he shares with his ex-wife Sheree Zampino. And Jada’s mother Adrienne Banfield Norris also attended.

But then Will claimed that he felt “happier than I’ve ever been in my entire life.” And amid that separation with Jada, he added, “I have achieved every single thing I have ever wanted in my entire life.” However, then the actor shared that he built his dreams “on the foundation of Jada’s sacrifices. There is not one thing left that I desire in this world – all of the awards, all of the money, the family – everything I’ve ever dreamed.”

And while fans tried to understand the fact that Jada and Will appeared together in public throughout their separation, she sought to explain. “I made a promise that there will never be a reason for us to get a divorce. We will work through whatever. And I just haven’t been able to break that promise,” admitted Jada.

But in terms of whether the two will divorce or unite again, she simply stated, “We’re still figuring it out [and] doing some really heavy-duty work together. We just got deep love for each other,” Jada added. “And we are going to figure out what that looks like for us.”
