Cardi B is known for being boldly flamboyant, but until now, fans had no idea about how much she spends on her kids. She and her estranged husband, Offset, welcomed their kids together: Kulture Kiari, who is 6 years old; a son named Wave Set, 3; and a baby girl named Blossom, who was born in September 2024. The details of the money that the Grammy-winning rapper spends was revealed on X during a Spaces rant. TooFab reported that she went off about Offset, who split and then demanded spousal support. Well, get ready to be flabbergasted if you pack shelves at Walmart.
According to Indeed, you might earn about $28K a year. Well, in her rant about her financial hardships, Cardi B said that she spends $17K more than that on Kulture’s education fees. Apparently, Offset pays very little, if anything, towards the kids.
She explained that Wave’s school costs her $35,000. Then there’s the driver who chauffeurs the children around. That comes in as a retainer fee of $10K a month. There’s extra for tutoring, after-school activities, and for her cousin who babysits the kids during the day. Then, Blossom costs more. Looking after the kids comes in at about $3K a week, plus an hourly rate of “$500 a shift.”

The Kids Don’t Eat Cheap Meals
On top of all of that, Cardi B claimed that she employs a private chef to feed the kids from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. She added, “I pay for [that] because people in my house don’t have time to cook.” Angry that Offset now wants spousal support, it sent her into a rage and more facts kept arriving. For example, she also forks out for their 24/7 security. So, she said about Offset, “I bought that s–t with my sweat and tears, [and] you have left me with the kids’ bill.”
What did she do to get the money that wrung blood and sweat and tears from her brow? Well, Offset’s ex started out as a stripper. No shade, she had to do something other than presumably stock shelves for Walmart.
Building A Fortune
The successful entertainer later made a bundle from her music, fashion, and business endorsements. In fact, her net worth is suspected to be in the region of $80 million. As for Offset, he’s not a beggar in the street, but he does trail her by about $55 million.
