Fans of the former Another World star Amy Carlson can now catch up with the fan fave in the all-new rock n’ roll dramatic comedy movie, The Incoherents. The Gravitas Ventures film was released this week on VOD and DVD.

The Incoherents is an exciting film about four ambitious 40-somethings who reunite their 90’s indie rock band. The foursome has big dreams and they are hoping that this last-ditch effort for stardom will pay off big time and lead to their wildest dreams of fame and fortune. Are they successful? Complicating matters, each member is currently involved in dicey midlife issues that need sorting out.
Amy Carlson Is A 40-something Rock And Roll Wanna Be In The Incoherents
In the movie The Incoherents, directed by Jared Barel, Amy plays the part of Jerry Evans. Also in the movie are Casey Clark, Jeff Auer, Alex Emanuel, and Walter Hoffman.
The film also stars Annette O’Toole, Kate Arrington, Robert McKay, Margaret Anne Florence, and Christine Chang.
Auer appears as New York paralegal Bruce Flansburgh, a dissatisfied, 40-something who still hasn’t given up on his dream of hitting the big time and becoming a rock and roll god.
His day to day existence is not fulfilling in the least and when he realizes that several 90s groups like the one he used to be in have made comebacks he gets the bright idea to get his bandmates together for one last shot at glory.
Amy Carlson’s Fans Will Remember Her As Josie Watts On Another World
Daytime drama fans will remember the beautiful and talented Amy as Josie Watts from the NBC soap opera Another World. The actress debuted in 1993 on Another World and was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series in 1998 for her portrayal of Josie.

The Illinois Native Has Two Children And Currently Resides In New York.
Her other television roles include Alex Taylor on NBC’s Third Watch and Linda Reagan on CBS’s cop drama Blue Bloods. Amy has starred in the films Green Lantern and Too Big To Fail.
Amy currently appears in Landline with Jenny Slate, John Turturro, and Edie Falco and she can be seen in the upcoming indie film, A Bread Factory, Part One.
