Some fun news for One Life To Live (OLTL) fans as Eddie Alderson, who played Matthew Buchanan from 2001 to 2012, got married over the weekend, wedding pharmacist Sylwia Practon, on Saturday, September 21.

The two said their vows at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, and a beautiful reception followed at Terrain at DelVal.
One Life To Live – Alum Eddie Alderson’s Heartfelt Instagram Post
The actor hopped on Instagram posting, “Yesterday I married my best friend,” and adding, “Dreams really do come true.”
Former OLTL castmates were out in full force to wish Eddie congratulations on the post, including Michael Easton (ex-John McBain), Mark Lawson (ex-Brody Lovett), Tuc Watkins (ex-David Vickers), Sean Ringgold (ex-Shaun Evans), and Bree Williamson (ex-Jessica Buchanan).
In addition, some of his former OLTL co-stars took part in the wedding, including his sister, Kristen Alderson (ex-Starr Manning), who was in the bridal party, acting at the maid of honor (her fiancé, Taylor Crousore, was a groomsman). In addition, Robert S. Wood’s son, Tanner Woods, was a groomsman.

Fans may recall that Robert played Eddie’s father on OLTL; Robert was also a guest that attended the wedding. Lastly, OLTL alum Loyita Chapel Woods (ex-Dallas) was in the wedding party, too.

In addition to the wedding party OLTLers, the Llanview representation at the event was strong, with Kassie DePaiva (ex-Blair Cramer) and her real-life hubby, James DePaiva (ex-Max Holden) in attendance, as well as Robin Strasser (ex-Dorian Cramer), and Nic Robuck (ex-James Ford) with girlfriend, Brittany Underwood (ex-Langston Wilde Cramer).
Eddie and his new wife announced their engagement on social media on May 5, 2002, and the twosome had been dating since 2016.
