ITV Coronation Street spoilers reveal that Geoff Metcalfe (Ian Barthomelew) has succeeded in turning mostly everyone against his wife. Once, Yasmeen Metcalfe (Shelley King) has lots of friends, but Geoff has transformed them into her enemies. Alya Nazir (Sair Khan) will publicly expose the abuse and turn those enemies into Yasmeen’s allies. But will it make a difference to the judge?
Coronation Street – Bail Hearing Outcome
Corrie spoilers don’t confirm what the bail hearing outcome is, but it most likely isn’t good. Now that Geoff has woken up and painted his wife as a “violent alcoholic,” the police will charge her. She battles attempted murder charges. As the bail hearing gets underway, a lot of people are there. Most are supportive Geoff, but Alya does arrive to hope her grandmother can come home.
However, based on Alya’s next actions, there is reason to believe that bail is denied.
Coronation Street Spoilers – Exposing Abuse
According to the latest issue of Inside Soaps magazine, after the bail hearing is finished, Alya goes to the Rovers. She confronts Yasmeen’s former friends and explains that Geoff has been abusing her for months. She wants the truth to come out and knows that the more people Yasmeen has in her corner, the better.
Alya is also determined not to allow Geoff to get away with everything he has done. Geoff is still controlling and abusing her from his hospital bed!
Coronation Street Spoilers – Reasoning With Geoff Metcalfe’s Supporters
Coronation Street spoilers reveal that Alya knows that she needs to do damage control, too. The way Yasmeen’s former friends were talking about the red dress was despicable. They have no idea that Geoff forced Yasmeen to wear it, but still. It was pretty shameless to gossip about her so meanly after Geoff and Yasmeen left.
Coronation Street Spoilers – Turning Enemies Into Allies
It is suggested that Alya will work to turn Yasmeen’s enemies into allies. But will she be successful? As everyone starts to compare notes, will they realize that Alya is right?
That all this time, Yasmeen was the victim of abuse? It might take some time, but pretty soon the tables will turn. While everyone will figure out that Yasmeen is the true victim in all of this, the most important person that needs convincing is the judge.
With the forensics team somehow missing the hidden spycams, could Alya do her own investigation and find the proof that she needs? We will have to keep watching the ITV soap to see how this storyline ends.
