Corrie spoilers reveal that Gemma had postpartum depression (also called postnatal depression in some parts of the world). It went undiagnosed and untreated, which led to Gemma really suffering. She finally got help and things have been going much better for her since then. As fans know, Gemma doesn’t just have one baby to look after, but four as she is the mother of quadruplets.

Shortly after getting treatment, it was suggested that Gemma start a vlog to document her experiences. She found a new purpose and outlet that was double-fold. She was able to talk about her experiences, feelings, fears, and victories. However, it also gave her a sense of accomplishment because she was able to help other mothers who were struggling.

Even though Gemma is doing great with her vlog, being open on the Internet can expose her to not only allies but enemies, as well. When she gets a message from her former tormentor, Vanessa (Rachael Elizabeth). Despite how sneakily, cruel and manipulative Vanessa was to Gemma, she agrees to meet her in person.

Coronation Street spoilers reveal that Vanessa swears that she has no ulterior motives and really just wants to be friends. Then, Gemma apologizes for Bernie Winter’s (Jane Hazlegrove) behavior. However, fans are worried that Vanessa could be putting another sinister scheme into motion.

After that meeting, Gemma suddenly gets the urge to take on another huge project. She plans on creating an online mother and baby group. Considering this “idea” is sparked after meeting with Vanessa, could the two be connected?

Meanwhile, Bernie fears that her daughter is taking on too much. However, the real issue could be Vanessa planning on using Gemma’s online group to torment the new mother once again. Instead of it being in-person, it could turn into vicious cyberbullying. Could it have a devastating effect on Gemma? Will it lead to her spiraling back down into darkness and despair?
