Peter’s liver problems continue to overpower him, almost hindering him to be present on his big day later this week. After years of alcohol abuse, Peter’s body needs a medical transplant. Peter’s brother Daniel Osbourne, portrayed by Rob Mallard, suggests to his brother to postpone the wedding ceremony after noticing Peter is very ill but the lover boy is determined to say “I Do” at his wedding with Carla on April 16, Friday’s episode.
The preview included the couple getting rid of other dramas, wanting to go straight to the heart of the ceremony. The registrar asks them if they have music to which Peter answers, “We don’t need music. We don’t need anything, just each other.”

Although fans will have to watch the wedding day to see if the couple manages to tie the knot as Carla urges the registrar to speed things up since Peter visibly struggles, new spoilers for next week have teased Peter’s status.
Peter will be seen as weak as he returns home from the hospital with Carla assisting him to even get onto the sofa. Daniel is also relieved to discover he has been finally added as a transplant match.

The actress Alison King recently commented on Peter’s health concerns affecting the wedding. “Peter is so poorly and as she starts to say her vows, it is looking increasingly like he might not get what he wanted after all,” Alison told Digital Spy.

While Carla Connor arrives at the ceremony, on the other side of the real world, Alison King was forced to cancel her destination wedding in Greece due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Alison King and fiancé David Stuckley should have been wed in Greece at the end of May last year. The actress was believed to have chosen her wedding destination on one of her favorite holiday destinations.

They were expecting that lockdowns and restrictions would have been lifted that time of the year, but the couple was forced to cancel it just a week before the big day to adhere to health protocols since they and their guests can’t get there.
The couple first met when their personal trainer introduced them to each other. They have been reportedly dating since 2018.
The couple has posted no update yet for the resume of their wedding ceremony.
