Coronation Street Spoilers: Will Tim Turn On His Father? Torn Between Geoff And Sally

ITV Coronation Street spoilers and updates reveal that Tim Metcalfe (Jim Duttine) will be in turmoil over his personal relationships. On the one hand, he feels a sense of loyalty to his father, Geoff Metcalfe (Ian Bartholomew). However, Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dyvenor) is a strong woman. She could convince Tim that he needs to see the truth about his monstrous dad.

Geoff Metcalfe’s Manipulation

Corrie spoilers reveal that Geoff hasn’t just manipulated and controlled Yasmeen Metcalfe (Shelley King). He does it to everyone around him, including the police and his own son. He will stop at nothing to come out on top. Unfortunately, not everyone can see this yet, but his time is coming.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Sally Metcalfe’s Demand

Sally is starting to learn about some of the things Geoff has done. She isn’t pleased and finds herself absolutely disgusted by Geoff. Even though Tim and Sally are allowing Geoff to stay with them, that will come to an end. Sally demands that her father-in-law leave, which puts Tim in an uncomfortable position.

Metcalfe Men ‘Stand United’

Coronation Street spoilers from Digital Spy reveal that once Geoff finds out about Yasmeen’s not guilty plea, he will be filled with fury. Knowing that the truth could come out about his abuse, he reaches out to Tim. He uses the angle that they have to stand united and present a solid front together. While Tim is loyal to his dad, that could change.

Coronation Street Updates – Tim Metcalfe’s Last-Minute Betrayal

Sally is eventually going to learn more horrifying things about how Geoff treated Yasmeen. The escorts are nothing compared to the mental anguish and torment that the grandmother was forced to endure. Plus, there is mental abuse, control, and gaslighting techniques which are very damaging to the human mind.

When Tim starts to learn the truth and with Sally’s coaxing, he could just turn on his father. What would make it epic though, is if he turned his back on Geoff during the trial? That way he would have no chance to escape exposure or covering his tracks. We want to see justice for Yasmeen, so hopefully, we will get it.

Do you think Tim will eventually turn on his father? Will he finally realize that Geoff is not an innocent victim, but a monstrous abuser? We will have to keep watching the soap to see how this storyline ends. These scenes are scheduled to air during the week of June 8, 2020.
