Wrestling fans know who Paige is and she is considered a legend in the arena. However, she ended up sustaining a serious injury a few years ago. As a result, she had to quit wrestling, or what some would call being “forced into early retirement.” However, it seems that she has her next career all planned out… being a soap star!

On Twitter, Paige told all of her followers that the official account for Coronation Street followed her. She then basically asked for a role on the soap. She wrote,
“For all my brits out here… @itvcorrie just followed me and I could not be happier, throw me in an episode Corrie Orrieeee [sic].”

Coronation Street spoilers reveal that fans were all over the possibility. There was a lot of positive feedback. Some of the comments include, “You could play a role, where you are related to Roy’s niece ( the girl that works in the cafe)”
“I’d totally watch Corrie again if you were in it.”
“The collab I never knew I needed.”

Coronation Street Spoilers – Soap Responds
After that, Paige revealed that Corrie had actually responded and sent her a direct message on Instagram. It’s always exciting when an official account or soap follows someone. However, it seems this is happening to Paige on multiple social networking sites and they even sent her a direct message. So, perhaps we will see her on the cobbles soon? It certainly sounds like it!
Paige wouldn’t be the first famous face to be on Corrie. Cameo appearances include Dame Joan Collins, Joanna Lumley, Sir Ian McKellen, Peter Kay, Honor Blackman, and Paddy McGuinness.
