Dancing With The Stars Goes Mad Hyping Ariana Madix For DWTS Season 32

Dancing With The Stars (DWTS) finally made it official about Ariana Madix. And after weeks of rumors, the Vanderpump Rules star can share her excitement about waltzing onto the dance competition show.

However, Ariana’s supporters also get to express their hope that her boyfriend-turned-enemy, Tom Sandoval, won’t join her in the upcoming season.

Dancing With The Stars Picks Ariana Madix!

From starring on Vanderpump Rules season 11 to the next season of Dancing With The Stars, Ariana Madix enjoys a very full dance card. And after weeks of rumors, Dancing With The Stars judge Derek Hough made it official.

Hough appeared on Good Morning American to share that the Vanderpump Rules star, 38, will compete on DWTS season 32, reported People.

And give the DWTS judge credit for making his announcement dramatic. “This season on Dancing with the Stars, we are going absolutely mad,” announced Hough. After a pause, Derek added, “Mad for Madix! Say goodbye to the drama and hello to the dance floor!”

But Ariana impressed viewers with her response. And after Hough’s intro, the reality TV star said, “That’s right, I’m Vanderpump Rules’ Ariana Madix. And I will be joining the cast of Dancing with the Stars this season.” Madix then teamed up with Hough to show off her moves.

Vanderpump Rules Star Becomes First Reveal For Season 32

Dancing With The Stars has developed a tradition of gradually revealing the celebrities chosen to compete each season. And in the wake of Ariana’s drama with Tom Scandoval, DWTS chose Madix for its first reveal for season 32. However, the full cast revelation will occur in early September on Good Morning America.

But Andy Cohen actually hinted about Ariana competing on Dancing With The Stars in May. And the Bravo exec pointed out on his radio show, “I mean, she’s gotten endorsement deals.” And he noted the applause for Madix on his talk show. “The way people responded to her last night was so positively,” added Cohen about the Vanderpump Rules star’s popularity on Watch What Happens Live.

And Derek also teased the choice of Madix this week. On an Instagram Story, the DWTS judge filmed inside Ariana’s and her Vanderpump Rules co-star Katie Katie Maloney’s new sandwich shop, Something About Her. “Guess who is joining Dancing with the Stars this season?” hinted Hough. And Good Morning American then tweeted, “There’s just something about her! #PumpRules star Ariana Madix is heading to @officialdwts this fall. And we can’t wait to see her moves on the dance floor! #DWTS.”
