Dancing With The Stars – Daniel Durant And Britt Stewart Rehearse
The new show already saw some eliminations like Teresa Giudice who rather ungraciously claimed that Len Goodman didn’t like her. Additionally, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star claimed that ” “I knew Len was not going to pick me.” Since then, others fell away, but on the night that Teresa was sent home, Daniel Durant and Britt Stewart showed how good they were after plenty of Elvis Night rehearsals.
DWTS contestant Daniel, known for Switched at Birth, isn’t the first deaf person to compete, as Marlee Matlin already performed in 2008. Right now though, all eyes are on Britt and Daniel. She was the first Black to be cast as a pro on the show. Interestingly, she only recently started ballroom dancing. And of course, lots of fans just love Daniel.
Dancing With The Stars – Britt Stewart Shares Clip Of Gabe Dancing
When Britt did a Q&A on Instagram, fans who saw a clip of Gabe the interpreter dancing, thought he was good enough to be a contestant. Alternatively, he could dance with the pro-dancer and Daniel. Well, the clip ended up on Reddit and u/ActivityAncient4324 wrote, “Gabe (Daniel’s ASL Interpreter) dancing some of the Jive! Could we possibly see him in a trio in the future?”
DWTS fans agreed that it sounded like a lot of fun. One of them commented, “Totally, Gabe in a trio; so fun! 🙂” However, another one reasoned that it might not be a great idea despite the fun aspect. They noted, “A trio with Gabe would be risky score-wise.” However, they certainly wouldn’t mind it if a cameo was made. Their suggestion said, “a Gabe cameo in their freestyle (if/when they make it to the finale) would be lovely!!”
Dancing With The Stars – Popularity Could Sway Voters
DWTS fans would probably really enjoy seeing the three of them dance together. Of course, that could be so much fun and so different that votes would go Daniel and Britts’ way. However, it’s a big chance that they would take because the judges are serious. Additionally, Gabe hasn’t rehearsed as hard as Daniel.
But, there’s probably no chance of it happening according to another ASL interpreter. u/lovestostayathome said, “I’m an ASL interpreter and I highly doubt that Gabe would agree to that. That could border on violating [the] interpreting code of ethics and would be pretty controversial in the interpreting community. Though, never say never.”
