Changes Coming to Dancing with the Stars
The rumored cast list has been revealed. Season 33 of Dancing with the Stars airs later this year. ABC hasn’t made an official announcement yet. But that hasn’t stopped the casting rumors from swirling.
Even DWTS fans are speculating who could compete for the Mirror Ball trophy. They hope there will be more of a focus on older contestants. In the last two seasons, teen competitors have won the dancing competition. Viewers would love to see a cast shakeup.
Hosts Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough will be returning this coming season. There could be some changes to the show itself. Professional dancer Gleb Savchenko teased Season 33 in an interview with The U.S. Sun.
“The show will definitely, at some point, get a facelift,” Savchenko told the outlet. “And facelift, meaning it has to be updated with maybe dancers or whatever.”
The show might look different this year. In Season 32 of Dancing with the Stars, Marvel star Xochitl Gomez and her pro partner Val Chmerkovskiy won the show.

They received the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy in honor of the large judge. Before that, Charli D’Amelio and Mark Ballas were crowned the champions. This season’s cast could have a shakeup as well.
Gerry Turner Joining DWTS?
Gerry Turner is one of the top contenders. The Golden Bachelor could swap out roses for the Mirrorball Trophy. ABC hasn’t been doing a good job of keeping this secret. The rumor surfaced on the DWTS Instagram page, which also introduced Gerry as the Golden Bachelor.
There are also rumors swirling that Sutton Stracke from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills could appear on the show. The anonymous source Bravo and Cocktails teased her possibility of joining Season 33.

“ABC has signed the newest southern fan favorite of Bravo’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills up to dance on Dancing With The Stars, her huge popularity and quirky personality will keep people entertained next season,” an alleged source claimed.
Other possible contenders include Pavarti Shallow from The Traitors, retired NFL star Jason Kelce, WNBA star Caitlin Clark, and fired Good Morning America hosts Amy Robach and TJ Holmes. What are your thoughts on this cast list? Sound off below in the comment section.
