Days of Our Lives 2026 Preview: Paulina Stunned, the Mystery Tube Secret Exposed, Abe Torn Apart

Days of Our Lives 2026 preview reveals that all of the Dimeras have been freed from the Dimera Crypt. Stefan Dimera (Ex- Brandon Barash) has been declared dead. The identity of the tube’s inhabitant is revealed.

EJ Dimera’s Lab Visit

Once the Dimeras were released, EJ made a trip to the lab where the cryogenic chamber is waiting for the person inside to be awakened.

At some point, EJ Dimera (Dan Feuerriegel) will be inclined to allow Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) to see who is inside the tube. Right now there is no guarantee who EJ has hiding there.

However, there are not too many people that Paulina would be interested in seeing there. EJ apologized to the person inside when Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) was hurt and ended up in the hospital.

The only person that makes sense for him to apologize to would be Theo’s mother, Lexi Carver (last played by Renee Jones).

Paulina Price Learns The Truth

EJ and Paulina cannot stand each other. Let’s be honest, EJ would not bring Lexi back out of the goodness of his heart. The only reason EJ would bring Lexi back is to get rid of Paulina.

EJ cannot get rid of the mayor any other way but he honestly believes that Abe would leave Paulina if Lexi were to come back from the dead.

EJ’s life would be a lot easier if Paulina was not in Salem. Paulina has been a thorn in his side since she became mayor and she will remain so unless EJ can find a way to get her out of town.

Why not resurrected your long dead sister to come back and get rid of her husband’s wife, a wife that she has already given him her blessings to be with.

Abe Carver Is Caught In The Middle

Abe is going to be the oen caught in the middle here, and of course, Theo. Abe raised Theo without Lexi as much as he didn’t want to.

However, Theo is a grown man and doesn’t necessarily need his mommy any more. EJ likes Paulina and readily goes to her for answers. Why would EJ bring Lexi home now that Abe is in a happy marriage?

EJ wants Abe to be torn between his wife and hopes that Abe’s loyalty will be to his first wife. Lexi would never want to come back and break up Abe’s marriage like this.

Lexi loved Abe too much for that. Lexi is likely not going to be very happy with her brother pulling this stunt to get rid of Abe’s wife no matter how happy she is to see Abe and their son.
