Earlier this month reports indicated that an obsessed fan was ordered to stay away from Alison and her family. A judge in the case ordered stalker John Christopher LuVisi to stay at least 1,000 feet away from the soap opera star, along with her family, house, car, her work location, and her children’s school.
TMZ says that Alison, who was also the former host of The Biggest Loser, now has won more protection against her stalker. He cannot contact her or her family for the next three years. Alison claims that he’s been stalking her endlessly for the past year.
Court documents in the case state, “Defendant’s unwanted contact with the Plaintiff has spanned the course of years, but in the past nine months escalated to such an extent that Plaintiff reasonable fears for her safety and the safety of her family.”
LuVisi has been stalking Alison Sweeney through 15 different social media accounts. He also threatened to reveal embarrassing pictures of Alison if she didn’t agree to send him money. If that weren’t enough, LuVisi also allegedly sent her messages that said “You better answer me,” and “You can’t hide from me,” along with other threatening texts.
TMZ says that LuVisi and his lawyers didn’t show up to court for their hearing on Wednesday, July 26.
