Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Sami Brady Can Never Stay In Salem
When Alison Sweeney left DOOL for the first time after two decades on the soap, nobody ever expected she was going to return again but she did one year later when her son, Will Horton (then played by Guy Wilson), was allegedly killed. Ever since then, she’s come and gone and it’s always more fun when she is around.
This time, she seems to have lasted two weeks in Salem and is about to depart again, likely because she learns something about Lucas Horton (Bryan R. Dattilo) that she really didn’t want to know. Sami returned to stake her claim on Lucas forever and finally divorce EJ DiMera (Daniel Feuerriegel) not even realizing EJ had fallen for her sister, Belle Black Brady (Martha Madison).
If she discovers that it was Lucas who had her kidnapped last year just so he could play hero and rescue her, that’s a good reason for Sami to hightail it out of town.
DOOL Comings And Goings – Sami Brady Will Be Back
Whenever Alison Sweeney leaves the Days of Our Lives soap, the door is always open for her return. With three of her four grown children living in Salem, there is a lot to keep her there aside from her parents, her twin brother, and of course, EJ and Lucas, with whom she has shared children and toxic relationships.
Maybe when Sami returns next time around, she will bring a new man with her. Perhaps it’s time for Sami to break free of her eternal triangle and give love a whirl with someone else. After all, Lucas has been in her life since high school and they are now grandparents, so something has to give because it never seems to work out.
Meanwhile, Alison Sweney remains busy with other projects on the Hallmark Channel, but told Soap Opera Digest, “It’s always fun to bring Sam back for a visit.”
What drives Sami away this time? Is it something obvious like wanting to get away from Lucas and EJ or is it something more sinister? Somehow, it always is. Stay tuned to Days of Our Lives weekdays to find out.
