Days of Our Lives Comings And Goings: Another Major Cast Member Exit In The Works

Viewers of “Days of Our Lives” may have to say goodbye to another cast member. According to Jason 47’s Facebook page, a character is missing in the most recent chart of the show’s August/September cast.
In the August chart, the third row, where one picture of a character was spotted missing, featured Thia Megia, Matthew Ashford, Kassie DePaiva and Arianne Zucker. In the recent chart spotted in the background of a post from the show’s makeup room, one photo was missing, and it’s between Thia Megia and Arianne Zucker. The person in question could be Ashford or DePaiva. There were no news yet about another cast member leaving the show, but if Jason 47’s assumption is true, fans may have to bid farewell to another character soon.
In line with “Days of Our Lives” comings and goings for the week of July 29, fans will have to say goodbye to Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams). It’s been previously reported that Adams will be written off the show. He first appeared back in March 2017 and his final scenes will air in August.
He made his debut on the show by making an attempt on the life of his stepmother, Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans), believing that she was behind the death of her mother. But things have changed between them since then. They’ve gotten closer. Kayla has considered him as her son and the only family she’s got in Salem. Fans can expect some emotional scenes as Tripp says farewell to Salem this coming August.
Meanwhile, another character is set to return in town. Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Hartley) is coming back to Salem, and she may want to get her son David, back. Viewers may recall that she went on a downward spiral and tried to kill Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal). She eventually went away to seek mental treatment and asked Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) to take care of her son while she’s away.

On July 31, Shawn Kathryn Kane will return as a bartender. On August 1, Michael Hagiwara will appear as Mr. Shin and will share scenes with Camila Banus, Bradon Barash, and Arianne Zucker. His character, who is a board member of the DiMera Enterprises, needs to decide who will be in charge of the company.

I am really disappointed in the treatment of some of the legend actors of the series. There was no exit scene for Sami and Lucas. Those two actors have always made themselves available for short story arcs but when given a kiss-off like that what is the incentive to keep themselves available. The way they gave a memorial for Caroline Brady was pathetic. It was admitted later that 8 or so scenes were cut ‘for time’. B.S. They could have devoted the entire hour (haha… we know it’s really 37 minutes) to her. The current writers/producers have no respect for history of the show and are repeating past mistakes because they have no imagination. I fast forward through so much of the show I can get by in 15 minutes or less. Sorry. Rant over.
I hate Jordan, can’t stand that character at all, or the actress who portrays her, so Boo! Hiss! on her return. I pray it’s very short, just to get David and scram!!! We don’t need her in Salem.
It’s evident they’re writing Eve out, too, given the absurdity of the instant divorce Jack has asked for! So much for declarations of love… If they’re divorced and he just fired her, too, that means she’ll have no husband and no job, so I’m pretty sure she’ll be gone…
I like JJ but he really isn’t an essential character and Haley is such a drip, so maybe they should leave when Tripp leaves…
I was crushed when Kristen revealed that Nicole didn’t make it out alive… I thought she WAS alive and was just stashed somewhere like all the other dead people had been: Will, Xander, now Tony, and supposedly a new Vivian is going to be resurrected, too… And Holly is alive, so why not Nicole??? I wanted the real Nicole reunited with Eric and Holly!!
When will they bring back STEVE?! He needs to return!!! We don’t need stupid Jordan, or a new Vivian, but we DO need Steve!!
And I agree with jbp359 who said Carolyn Brady’s “memorial” was a slip-shod after-thought that should have spent the entire episode showing flashback scenes, and devoted the episode to her long tenure… They blew it! After Tom & Alice, Carolyn was one of the main staples of the show…

Now since U writers deprive us & Gabbi out of a Piece of HAPPINESS, Let her have something Lanie can’t have, a child, and let it be for STEPHEN, Becuz, y’all had it look she was pregnant for J J than Eli so why not this ×. Vivian would come out hiding & dat way dey could Nab her, and dat will be 1 we don’t need to be worrying about, than there’s Eli, and dat would Fix Lanie real, real good with her Off the wall self.
