It seems that the same doctor who hid the baby switch orchestrated by Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) is once again working for the dark side.

Even though a lot of viewers (including myself) didn’t recognize her and thought she was someone new, it turns out she’s very familiar. She appeared when Nicole Walker Brady (Arianne Zucker) learned the truth about Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) babies. It has already been confirmed that the person who takes the babies isn’t the one who keeps them. Next week, we will see Dr. Raynor deliver the newborn twins to someone familiar, which is speculated to be Vivian Alamain (Linda Dano). Now, the fact the children were taken by a doctor explains how she was able to get past security. It also teased why Lani Price Grant (Sal Stowers) and Dr. Valerie Grant (Vanessa Williams) recognize the sketch of her.

Days of Our Lives comings and goings reveal that when Nicole grilled Dr. Raynor about the baby switch last time, the doctor was in a lot of financial trouble. She ended up making a devious deal with Victor (John Aniston) and Xander. (Paul Telfer) She was also threatened and feared for her life if the truth ever got out. Nicole agreed to keep Dr. Raynor’s name out of the exposure. Since then, we haven’t heard from her… until now.

DOOL Goings And Goings – Xander Kiriakis Questioned

It is confirmed that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will put the puzzle pieces together. After Nicole tells Rafe about Dr. Raynor, she will reveal that she was threatened and bribed by Xander. This explains why Xander ends up being questioned about the twins’ kidnapping. Before it didn’t make much sense, but now it does.

However, is he really involved again? It doesn’t seem like his radar is even on Eli and Lani. Most likely, Dr. Raynor has gotten mixed up with the wrong people again and is now working for Vivian. Will she get caught and could “Elani” get their twins back? We hope for a happy ending because Eli and Lani have gone through way too much in the past couple of years. They already lost baby David Grant, they shouldn’t be forced to lose two more babies. We will have to keep watching the NBC soap to find out how this storyline ends.
