Days of Our Lives Comings and Goings: Evan Frears’ Storyline
DOOL spoilers reveal that Evan was hiding something and eventually, bits of the truth came out. It seems whenever we get over one shocker, the character delivers another. It looks like his run is coming to an end. The latest NBC Days spoilers in Soap Opera Digest confirmed the character is being written off.
DOOL Spoilers: When Will Final Scenes Air?
The publication reported that Kelly’s final scenes as Evan will air on Thursday, May 21. There are several possibilities of how Evan exits. He could be sentenced to prison, go on the run after Orpheus kidnaps David Ridgeway (Caleb and Kyler Ends), or he could be killed off.
What About Orpheus and Zoey Burge?
Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal there is still more Salem mayhem coming. Orpheus isn’t leaving just yet. That’s a good thing because he abducts little David. We also know the supervillain kidnaps John Black (Drake Hogestyn), so those plots have to begin and end before Orpheus exits.
As for Zoey, she is also expected to stick around for a bit. We know she wants custody of David. However, head writer Ron Carlivati teased that the lawyer had a moral code. This indicates there might be a struggle between father and daughter.
NBC Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Brock Kelly Talks Storyline
Kelly told the magazine that he enjoyed working with the cast, especially Freddie Smith (Sonny Kiriakis). The actor said,
“He’s a consummate professional, as I’ve continually said. He’s given so much to this storyline. It was fitting for me to end it that way, just laying it out on the line.”

Some time ago, the official DOOL app aired a video interview of DelHoyo and Kelly. The man who portrays Evan thinks that the troubled young man isn’t evil. He might be a good person underneath, but always finds himself in hot water. Jordan Ridgeway (formerly Chrishell Stause) pushed him over the edge, it was stated.
Since then, we have seen more of the inner conflict with Evan. Having Orpheus as a father damaged the character. If David can’t be found and kept away from his evil grandfather, then the same thing could happen to the boy.
