It comes as Sarah Horton is getting ready to marry Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer). DOOL comings and goings reveal that Godfrey was cast as Sarah in 2018 and has been playing the role ever since. It has been years since viewers had seen Sarah. It was also really nice for Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) to be reunited with one of her children. However, everything comes to an end and this includes Godfrey’s run as Sarah, which is confirmed by Soap Opera Digest.

The last time that Sarah will appear on our television screens is on Monday, March 29. There could be many ways that she might be written out. However, the timing seems bad due to many fans finally warming up to “Xarah.” It seems whenever a couple finally makes it and viewers are rooting for them, one of the characters leaves.

Another possibility is that Sarah might end up getting back together with Rex. Even though they haven’t been together for years, she might secretly still love him. Could the two get back together after all this time?

The last possibility is that Kristen ends up killing Sarah. We know that Kristen ends up getting caught. Before that happens, Kristen will put on a Sarah mask and let Xander catch her in bed with Rex. Could Sarah end up being killed off? This is what some viewers think will happen. I hate that she has to go. I love Sara and Zander together

Doing a happy dance!!! Never liked the character. Xander needs a stronger woman, Sarah is so self righteous and a mouse.

I hate when this happens. Over and over again. I will never like Xander with anyone else so he should leave with her. All the good ones leave and they keep bringing back characters no one likes. Like Rex and Phillip. Don’t like either of them. Never have. Pretty soon there won’t be any characters that are interesting.
They need to recast Sarah, Xander is so in love and has changed so much, he deserves to happy
Sara is the only bright spot on the show. She’s bubbly and brings sunshine to an otherwise depressing show.
Keep Sarah on, Here and Zander are fun, they are good together and make the show worth watching. The writers are destroying the show. I've watched since 1965 and so unhappy of what is going on. Please bring back the good Days of our Lives.
I WANT LINSEY TO STAY & YES I WILL MISS LYNSEY AS SARAH! I love Linsey Godfrey sense of comedic timing! I have grown to love Linsaey's and Xander's exchanges. Linsey and Pauls timing is perfect and together they are dynamite for DOOL, that is so crowded with traditional couples… these 2 have injected the fun into DOOL! She has added so much depth of character to Dr Horton with that razor wit and physicsl humor! Its natural like Lucille Ball used to be

So many characters are leaving, makes me wonder if its time for me to give up DOOL???

I don’t like it. I like Sarah with Zander. Keep her on days. But give her a good part to play. And get rid of Susan. That part is crap

I agree with most of the other viewers. I really like Sarah and Xander. They are funny and good together. She brings out the good in him and he brings out a devilish side of her. Their capers together are entertaining. I think they should be happy! If Linsey has to leave, they should recast her! Look at Ben and Ciara, just when you get use to & like a couple, they are gone. I don't know what I am watching anymore! There is no "Happy, Romance or Joy" in this show. People need that right now, not everyone being killed. (that is literally & figuratively)
I think they should marry move off for awhile . Then they could have a chance to come back later on
Every time they get a love story to finally be happy, they destroy it. I'm so tired of this. They lost some great key players and now they're ruining Sara/Xander, Abigail/Chad and Cierra /Ben. It's such a disappointment and I'm getting tired of watching it happen over and over. I get that you have to keep the drama but let some couples be happy for just a little while. We sat on the edge of our seats rooting for them and we never get the pay off.

Why get rid of Sarah, her and Zander make such a great couple and they were about to be married, I think they should have a happier ending, they have been waiting so long to be married.

I agree with others Sarah and Zander should get married and be happy. I love watching those two together especially Sarah! Need some good things to happy like Ben and Cierra! It’s been long enough let them enjoy being married! 2020 was a bad year for everyone let something good happen now and then!
I hate it when someone is getting married or getting ready to marry and something happens. Can't we have a happy couple. I would rather see them replace the actress than this crappy storyline. I feel the same way about Ciara. Why keep them apart and bring her back from time to time? I like Sarah and Xander together. I would rather for her to just disappear than the Kristen face thing. Although I did not like how mean Godfrey and some of the other cast were to Melissa Reeves I would rather see Sarah and Xander together than this. Terrible story
