As for her look, she definitely looks like Claire. She has the same fair coloring, skin tone, eyes, and light blonde hair. However, Isabel is 28 compared to Olivia being 20. The publication predicts that this could open up more romantic possibilities for the new Claire. It should be interesting to find out if other cast members will be recast in the near future.
