NBC Days of Our Lives comings and goings reveal that Tamara Braun is coming back as Ava Vitali. Casey Moss is also confirmed to be returning as JJ Deveraux. DOOL comings and goings from Soap Opera Digest confirmed that Braun is going to be reprising the role of Ava in fall 2020. We don’t have an exact date of her reappearance, but it is interesting to wonder how Ava will be coming back. As fans may recall, Joey Johnson (James Lastovic) smothered Ava in her hospital bed. She died and it resulted in Joey going to prison for her murder.

DOOL Spoilers – Comings And Goings: JJ Deveraux Comes Back

It is also confirmed that JJ Deveraux is coming back to Salem sometime this fall. It will be nice to have him reunite with his parents, Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves). He might also share scenes with his sister, Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller). As for why JJ comes back, what kind of storyline he will have, and how long he will stay, we will just have to stay tuned.

Days of Our Lives comings and goings reveal that it was previously confirmed that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) were saying goodbye to Salem. More recently, it was announced that both of them will be back later on. Another character that is leaving, but will return as Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal). This is a pretty big clue that she must not die in the explosion that supposedly takes her life next week.

Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) is wrapping up her current stint later this month. However, she will be back before the end of the year for an emotional storyline. It is supposed to last for most of next year. Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) will also be sticking around in a story arc that is supposed to last for 1-2 years.
