During the week of May 17, Abigail will make a huge decision. In light of being accused of intentionally causing Gwen Rizczech’s (Emily O’Brien) miscarriage, Abigail’s life has fallen apart. She is having marital trouble, she feels that Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) is taking Gwen’s side, and she can’t get Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) to help her. She feels that she is fighting a losing battle with Gwen. So, she decides to leave Salem.

On Friday, May 21, Abigail will say goodbye to Chad and leave Salem. It has not been revealed where she goes. However, we are assuming that she will head to Boston to spend time with her mother, Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves/Cady McClain). How will things change when Abigail leaves Salem?
