DOOL comings and goings spoilers announced that Linda Dano has taken over the role of Days of Our Lives Vivian Alamain. The role of Vivian has formerly been played by Louise Sorel and Robin Strasser. Linda played Rae Cummings on One Life To Live as well as All My Children and Port Charles, Cynthia Haynes on As The World Turns, Lena Kendall on Guiding Light, however, she is probably best known as the flamboyant Felicia Gallant on Another World.
Days Of Our Lives Comings & Goings – A More Flashy Vivian Alamain Perhaps?
Fans of Another World’s Felicia remember Linda’s flashy outfits that made her stand out in a room. Felicia was witty and personable with a huge personality. Days of Our Lives Vivian, on the other hand, has been a very underhanded, sometimes loathsome character who has buried people alive among other various crimes. Will Dan’s version be a much-loved mix between the two characters? As a Dano fan myself, I would love to see Linda add some of Felicia’s personality to Vivian’s character. Vivian would be hilarious walking around in flowing blouses and flashing smiles.
DOOL Spoilers – Will Vivian Alamain Be True To The Character
Days of Our Lives Vivian had just met her son Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) before she “died”. Now that Vivian is returning will she be true to the character and try to change Jake? When Vivian met Jake she was determined to see that he was properly educated so he would be more like his twin, Stefan Dimera (Brandon Barash). Can we expect Vivian to be a little more relaxed now that her son has proven he can survive in the corporate world?

Days Of Our Lives – Vivian Alamain Versus Kate Dimera
Days of Our Lives spoilers show Vivian could simply die again if she learns of Jake’s affair with arch-enemy Kate Dimera (Lauren Koslow). After all, Kate and Vivian seem to take turns shooting each other every time they are in town together. Will Jake be pulled into the quarrel between the two women? Could Jake even be forced to choose between his new lover and is back from the dead mother? Finding out that Vivian faked her death isn’t going to make any brownie points with Jake, he had just found her, and she disappeared. Can Jake forgive his mother and get to know her?
Dano has played the motherly type before but Days of Our Lives Vivian hasn’t been much of a mother to anyone. Seeing Dano forge a relationship with her son as Vivian will certainly be worth watching. Another World fan cannot wait to see what Linda has to bring to the character of Vivian.
