He could do it again, but we have to wonder why they are joining forces. Dr. Snyder clearly has no respect for Jan so that indicates she has something on him. What does she know and how does anyone know for sure if Jan is really comatose?

DOOL spoilers reveal that when Charlie Dale’s (Mike Manning) murder was still being investigated, Dr. Snyder called Belle Brady (Martha Madison). He told her that there are signs that Jan is beginning to wake up from her coma, just as the court order instructed. As fans know, Jan was only comatose for half the time that Dr. Snyder claimed. She was put into a coma in November 2020 and Dr. Snyder said she was waking up in April 2021. However, she was seen on camera walking out of her hospital room in February 2021.

However, when Belle started asking Dr. Snyder questions about Jan’s coma, he brushed her off. He talked down to her like she was dumb for even bringing up the possibility that Jan could have woken up earlier. Then, Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) wanted to look at the video footage, which Dr. Snyder wouldn’t allow. At least, until Shawn showed his badge and said he’d get a court order and bring a media circus down to the hospital. That’s when “Shelle” learned the truth… that Jan was awake and walking out of her hospital room the night Charlie was killed.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that after Shawn and Belle found proof that Jan woke up in February, Dr. Snyder ratted out “Shelle.” He warned Jan that Shawn and Belle were onto her scam. Even though they were obviously working together, Dr. Snyder has zero respect for Jan. To everyone else, he would mention she was a sociopath. He would also speak about her in a negative tone of voice, so that means she has leverage on him.

So, how do we know if Jan is really in a coma this time? Well, it is teased that Belle is wondering the same thing. She decides to make sure by performing a test on Jan. We imagine she will poke or jab Jan a few times, then wait to see if there is any kind of response. It seems that Jan might really be comatose because Lindell has already announced her exit from the soap. With that being said, Jan just might disappear before Belle can tell anyone that the sociopath is awake. Perhaps that is who murders Dr. Snyder before fleeing Salem?
