Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Poor, Dumped, Disenfranchised Jake DiMera!
Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that Jake had been dumped and disenfranchised by Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) in recent episodes of Days of Our Lives! However, he had no idea that the woman he was trying to stop from breaking up with him was really his own half-sister Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) in disguise!
Kate had been held hostage by Kristen for a short time in the wine cellar at the DiMera mansion after Kate busted Kristen for impersonating Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk), and after Kate struggled, Kristen stuck a syringe into her which put her under for a period of time.
Days of Our Lives spoilers show that Jake tried to stop “Kate” from leaving as she was lugging a large, heavy duffle bag out of the mansion, which contained, of course, the real Kate. Jake could tell there was something off but finally had to resign himself to being dumped by Kate just like his friend Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) had been dumped by Ciara Weston (Victoria Konefal) who had moved to Johannesburg, South Africa with Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson)!
At least Ciara had an excuse – amnesia! Kate, on the other hand, wasn’t making any sense at all and Jake wasn’t sure whether to feel hurt or mad as heck! But it stung and stung hard, and after blaming Gabi for the breakup, he’ll wind up crying on her shoulder and pouring his heart out to her!

DOOL Spoilers – Gabi Hernandez’ Shoulder Is Ready – And The Rest Of Her Too!
Days of Our Lives viewers will remember from a few episodes back how Gabi couldn’t go through with her night of passion with Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson). She had all the best intentions to give herself and Philip a night they would never forget, but she couldn’t get Jake out of her head, or perhaps that was her heart! Philip was very understanding and realized Gabi was correct in not going through with it if she wasn’t over Jake. “Grief sex” really isn’t all that effective to mend a broken heart and certainly not a broken relationship!
According to DOOL spoilers and recaps, Jake had wanted to be honest with Kate and had admitted that he became a little jealous when he had seen Philip and Gabi together out on a date as he and Kate were also out on a date, and real Kate didn’t think it was a huge deal. Faux Kate on the other hand raked him over the coals, but that was Kristen making sure she kept up her end of the bargain with Vivian Alamain (Linda Dano) to break Jake and Kate up.
Vivian, of course, didn’t want that cougar anywhere near her son! If Kristen didn’t keep up her end of the bargain Vivian would blow Susan’s cover in Statesville! Gabi will do her best to be compassionate as Jake boo-hoos about Kate dumping him and breaking his heart, but secretly she’ll be glad because now she has another chance with on NBC Days!
