For Ben though, he’s dealing with a mixed bag of emotions, as he feels both a sense of relief and shock, too. He’s gone on this journey of finding her for the last several months with very few clues. As many fans can recall, Ciara tracked down Evan to help save Ben and now Ben is tracking Evan to help save her.

According to the latest edition of Soap Opera Digest, before Ben finds her, Ciara is determined to free herself from the room she’s been held in and breaks off a piece of a pipe, but accidentally severs a gas line. When Ben arrives, he finds a complicated situation.

Robert Scott Wilson, who plays Ben on the hit NBC soap, puts it this way to the publication, “First, it’s the shock of where she is because there was an explosion inside this glass wall that she’s been telepathically telling him about, so his dreams and what he was thinking and feeling are coming to fruition, one after another. But he starts ripping though the rubble trying to find his wife.”
