DOOL spoilers reveal that Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) has already come back to Salem. Jack showed up just as Xander gave Gwen a new engagement ring … one that didn’t belong to Sarah. Jack questioned Gwen about Abigail’s disappearance but didn’t get anywhere.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that when Tony walked into the room, Sarah aka “Renee DuMonde” ran up to embrace him. Tony was stunned as he doesn’t know why Sarah is reacting that way to him. In Thursday’s episode, Tony will learn about Sarah’s condition. It will catch him off guard as he struggles to wrap his mind around it.
There is also the issue of how Sarah will react to seeing Anna. Tony and Anna are married, which means Renee could be a serious threat. Renee tried to kill Anna once before. So, could Sarah’s delusion compel her to attack Anna again?

Back in Salem, Thursday’s episode will feature Xander and Anna having an interaction. Anna explodes and tells Xander a few things about his beloved Gwen. Will Xander realize what Gwen has done and what happens when Sarah comes back to Salem?
Even though Sarah currently believes that she is Renee, could seeing Xander trigger memories? Is Xander the key to Sarah remembering who she really is? Or is this a storyline that will take a while to resolve?
