Now that Paulina has been released on bail, she is happily reuniting with her loved ones. However, Paulina still has a trial coming up, which means she could go to prison for the rest of her life.

Even though Abigail DiMera (formerly played by Marci Miller) was just murdered, Abe and Paulina will get married right away. Some fans have commented on the wedding being ill-timed because of Abigail’s death. However, when you think of it as Paulina’s freedom being short-lived, then it makes a bit more sense.

Expect two family members to return for the wedding. These returning characters are Theo and Olivia.
