DOOL spoilers for Monday, November 13 reveal that Nicole will go into labor. A photo published in Soap Opera Digest magazine shows Nicole driving a car. Fans know from a promo clip that a pregnant Nicole gets into a car crash late one night.

It just happens that Dimitri von Leuschner (Peter Porte) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) are the cause of the accident. However, they also agree to help Nicole as she suddenly goes into labor.

On Tuesday, November 14, fans can expect the police to hone in on Leo. It is teased that Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) interrogates Leo.

Of course, this could be about Sloan Petersen’s (Jessica Serfaty) adoption. It is teased that the adoption falls through as Nicole’s baby is rushed to the hospital. So, it sounds like a baby switch is coming up.

On Thursday, November 16m fabs can expect Konstantin to give Theresa an order. It’s not clear what this order is, but it might complicate Theresa’s plans.
