EJ DiMera’s Disturbing Hospital Plans
Days of Our Lives spoilers for the fall reveal that EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) plans for the hospital will unfold, and fans may be privy to what he’s up to before his fellow Salemites.
While he’s presenting a free family health clinic, DOOL viewers know that he and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) have something far more disturbing in mind, and added teasers suggest a secret lab will be conducting some bizarre experiments.
It sounds like this will go hand-in-hand with a storyline that centers around the late Stefano DiMera (Joseph Mascolo), so will EJ figure out a way to bring his father back from the dead?
Theo Carver Embraces His Inner DiMera
Speaking of, during the Tuesday, September 9 episode, Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) returned, and fans learned that Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) went through a ton of trouble to bring him home. It sounds like Theo will play a role in Tony’s big plan.

However, DOOL spoilers for fall also imply that while Theo’s always been a good guy, he’ll likely embrace his wicked DiMera roots during his latest stint in the little town.
DiMera Brothers Feud
It’ll be all about the DiMeras this fall, as it sounds like Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and EJ will embark on a feud, and this could center around Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord).
Of course, fans know that Cat is trying to get the goods on EJ for her ISA assignment, and if she attempts to gather information by any means possible, like seducing EJ, she could unleash an all-out war between him and Chad.
Jeremy Horton Returns To Target Stephanie Johnson

Days of Our Lives spoilers remind fans that, despite Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) using a pen name (Anastasia Sands) for her romance novel, the truth is bound to come out.
With word that Jeremy Horton is set to return in October, to be played by actor Michael Roark (ex-Travis Crawford on The Young and the Restless), Stephanie will be on pins and needles during this time, freaking out about her abusive ex being in town, and possibly figuring out that she is the person who wrote the racy best-selling novel.
