The United Veterans Council of San Joaquin County released the news of Dobson’s death on Facebook. He passed away on Sunday at the age of 77. He held the position of chairman of the San Joaquin County group. In addition, he served in the Army, Besides being an actor, he served in the Army, worked for the Long Island Railroad, and much more.

Dobson was born on March 18, 1943, in New York. After working in several positions for the Long Island Railroad, he became a waiter. Then, he got his big break in the entertainment industry when he was cast as Governor Harrison Brooks in One Life to Live.

After One Life to Live, Dobson appeared in Kojak, The Doctors, Stranded, Emergency!, The Rookies, Knots Landing, Mod Squad, Captain Kangaroo, Burke’s Law, Touched by an Angel, 1408, Cold Case, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and many more. He didn’t just appear on television screens, though. The DOOL alum was also in movies, including Midway, All Night Long and She’s No Angel. According to Deadline, Dobson’s recent work included House of Lies, Dark Power, Hawaii Five-0, and Days of Our Lives. One production he was supposed to appear in that hasn’t been released yet is 12 to Midnight, which is set to premiere in 2021.
DOOL News – Playing Mickey Horton
In 2008, Dobson would be one of the actors to play the legendary character, Mickey Horton. He appeared in (or was credited for) 15 episodes, per IMDB. He also played Judge Devin Owens in The Bold and the Beautiful.
