Days of Our Lives star Martha has a husband, a daughter, and a restaurant. With everything Martha has going on, how does she work in exercise into her life? Martha says she has a Peleton that sits in her house and stares at her. Martha said that it is easy to overlook exercise when you have other things to do. However, with the Peleton sitting here, Martha feels that she has to use it.

Martha says she also loves to be outside. Now that the weather is getting better, Martha can go hiking. Martha believes that being outside is good for your mental health as well as physical health. Martha seems to have mastered the balance between the two.

Days Of Our Lives – Working On “Me Time”

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Martha says she is working on more “me time” this year. Martha says she’s been working on time where she doesn’t have to deal with other things. Martha wants time to do simple things, like read a book or go for a walk. With Martha’s busy lifestyle she says she needs time to decompress. Martha believes if you become burned out you are no help to anyone else. Martha does admit that she hasn’t gotten into meditation because she simply cannot do it. Martha says the closest thing to meditation that she does is walking or exercise.

Days Of Our Lives cast member Martha Madison tells those just starting out that she doesn’t believe in the diet culture. Martha says she has tried every diet out there and nothing has worked for her. Martha believes that the secret is not to get caught up in this back and forth of yo-yo diets. Martha suggests starting with Google and looking at “food freedom.” Martha believes you should listen to your instincts because if you are in tune with yourself, you will get there. Martha believes that people spend too much time on diet and exercise. Whatever Martha is doing certainly seems to be working because she looks great.
