Days Of Our Lives News – Star Miranda Wilson ‘Loved’ Her Comeback

After returning to Days Of Our Lives recently, Miranda Wilson made her love for the show clear. And she shared that she especially appreciated the opportunity to star in Days of Our Lives: Beyond Salem 2. The Peacock limited series opportunity turned into a delightful experience, reported Digital Journal.

“I loved it, absolutely loved it,” gushed Wilson. And she revealed that Days Of Our Lives fans repeatedly have asked her to return. But as she told them, “It’s not up to me, it’s up to the show. And I told them that it would be fun, if I were to come back.”

However, Miranda at first thought that she would not get the opportunity to return. “And I had gotten over the idea that it would happen,” admitted the Days Of Our Lives star. “So when it did happen, I was so thrilled. And I was ready to go. It was a long time coming and very welcoming.”

DOOL Spoilers – Miranda Wilson Talks ‘Sweetheart’ Steve Burton

Steve Burton joined Miranda for the limited series. And she praised the actor as “a sweetheart, I loved working with him. I loved his focus, detail, and he gets so into it. He is super prepared and professional, and great to work with,” Wilson added. 

But above all, Miranda shared her most amazing experience on DOOL. And that involves returning to her role as Megan Hathaway. “That was amazing. First of all, reprising Megan was a walk in the park. She has never left me. The experience on Days of Our Lives never dimmed or disappeared. It never went away, it was always fresh and real,” explained the actress.

As a result, “bringing Megan back to life was super easy, she walked right out on that stage,” recalled Miranda. “And there she was. For me, as an actress, that was a natural movement. One of the things I love about the character is that I set everything in motion and I am going to watch the way that it plays out.”

And Wilson also shared her wish list for her character on Days Of Our Lives. “For the new audience, I want them to catch up where Megan was. I don’t know if you noticed this,” added the actress. “But Megan never swears. She may be vicious, but she doesn’t tend to swear, there is no reason for it. Megan is above that, and who needs that. This really makes Megan who she is.”

In the future, Miranda hopes to enjoy more scenes that involve “sparks flying.” And she expressed a wish to see Megan interact with those who possess a “fiery” personality. “I would love to do scenes that bring the pinnacle elements of each of us out,” added Wilson.
